We just wanted you to know how much we love our windows. We were extremely pleased with the entire process; from the first visit with you to the final clean-up. Im afraid we have forgotten the names of the gentlemen who installed our windows, although they were most polite, well-spoken, tidy individuals to have in our home. Shoes were removed before entering the house! We simply could not believe how quickly they installed 18 windows in one day and the clean-up was exceptional. The second day for the sliding glass doors was done in only a couple of hours.
Thank you again for making our improvement choice so easy and tremendously worthwhile. We have and will continue to highly recommend Park Place Windows to those looking to replace their windows.

I can really tell a difference of how much cooler the house has stayed in the warmer temperatures. It's nice to look outside the window and see everything much more clearly and to know that is also truly energy efficient.

Dear Rob,
I was not even in the market for windows when I heard about Park Place and their great windows. During your demonstration I was immediately taken by your sincere, honest presentation, as well as the features of the windows which I had always wanted.
When the installers came out, I could not have asked for nicer, more personable workers to have inside and outside of my home. They were as neat and clean in their work as if it was their own home, laying floor coverings and vacuuming up wherever they went.
Now the windows are in and we love them. From the moment the workers left and I opened up the kitchen window, they have been so enjoyable. I feel the house is quieter now and I know that less heat comes in our east kitchen window in the morning. The look of the house has improved inside and out. But the best thing is that now I can open the whole house up easily and can conveniently keep the windows clean.
I appreciate your attention to detail and interest in making everything right. We are very pleased and would recommend you to anyone looking for new quality windows.

I would remiss if I did not tell you how much I love my new windows. As a C.P.A, I assure you that I did my homeworkon the cost savings, increase in value and tangibles. The thing I did not take into consideration is how beautiful the windows are.

Rob,
There are three areas for which i would like to commend you and your company. First, your sales presentation was not one you usually run into when you accept a phone invitation to buy some product. The complete sales process was relaxed and helpful in making a decision to buy or not to buy. And most of all, you did not come over as a "pressure salesperson."
Second, the products - Don Young Company's windows and doors are quality products and I am proud to have them on my home. They are exactly how you described and I can find no faults in the construction or the fit.
Third, The product is no better than the installers. The men you sent to install my windows and doors were outstanding in their abilities. Each day they were punctual, capable and fully aware and concerned about my concerns of the installation. I should not have worried - the installation was great.
To sum up the total experience, I can only rate it outstanding.
